Prayer in the present petition has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.255 dated 29.11.2024 under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, registered at Police Station Islamabad, Amritsar City, District Amritsar. 2. Vide order dated 11.06.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 11.06.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Short reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Jaspal Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Central, Amrtisar has been filed on behalf of respondent-State, in the Court today and same is taken on record.
