Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that in view of order dated 01.07.2025 passed by the respondents on the representation filed by the petitioner, pursuant to direction contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance. July 04, 2025
