1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Considering the urgency of the matter that the Petitioner(s) apprehends their arrest and that the Courts are not functioning during the winter vacation, the matter is taken up directly without remanding the matter to the jurisdictional Sessions Court.
3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.915 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Udala arising out of Kaptipada P.S. Case No.207 of 2025 for commission of offence punishable under Section 25 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
5. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on
Page 2 of 2. such terms as deemed just and proper subject to verification of criminal antecedent of similar nature.
6. If it comes to the fore that the Petitioners have more than one criminal antecedent each, this order shall not be given effect to.
7. Additionally, it is directed that the Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week on such date and time to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin till submission of final form. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the learned Court in seisin.
8. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
9. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
