It is the case of the petitioner that, land in question was granted to her pursuant to the order of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27337 WP No. 13411 of 2025 grant dated 31.07.2004. Despite the said grant, the respondent-authorities have yet to effect the mutation (change of khata) in favour of the petitioner. The request for such mutation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities 5. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 15.01.2025 (Annexure-A), after verifying the records, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
