Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
