JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR JUDGE ORDER LPA No. 133/2019 & LPASW No. 21/2019 Since the issues raised in these appeals are identical to those raised in WP(C) No. 416/2024 and other connected matters, which 2 stand disposed of by a detailed judgment of even date rendered separately, the said judgment shall govern the disposal of these appeals. CCP(D) No. 09/2020 in LPA No. 133/2019 and CCP(D) No. 10/2021 in LPASW No. 21/2019 These contempt petitions have been filed alleging non-compliance of interim orders passed in LPA No. 133/2019 and LPASW No. 21/2019. Since the main appeals now stand finally disposed of by us, the interim orders passed therein have lost their efficacy and stand merged with the final orders. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt petitions. Accordingly, the proceedings in these contempt petitions are closed. WP(C ) Nos. 236/2023, 365/2023 and 367/2023 In these writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged advertisement notifications whereby applications were invited from eligible candidates for engagement of Lecturers and Teaching Assistants on purely academic arrangement in Kashmir Division Colleges. The judgment passed in WP(C) No. 416/2024 and connected matters, decided by us vide order of even date, shall govern the disposal of these writ petitions as well. However, in cases where the petitioners are found eligible for regularization under the Act of 2010 in terms of the directions passed in WP(C) No. 416/2024 and connected matters, such of the substantive vacant posts held by them as may be the subject matter of the impugned advertisement notifications shall be withdrawn, if not already filled up. 3 CCP(S) No. 257/2022 in WP(C ) No. 2541/2019 This contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of order dated 29.07.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.2541/2019. Since the present contempt petition arises out of the final order passed by the learned Single Bench, it would be appropriate to place the matter before the learned Single Bench having the roster. Accordingly, Registry is directed to list this contempt petition before the learned Single Bench having the roster, on 15.09.2025. CCP(D) No. 76/2024 in WP(C) No. 3460/2023 & CCP(D) No.17/2025 in WP(C ) No. 448/2024 The present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of interim orders passed in WP(C) No. 3460/2023 and WP(C) No. 448/2024.Since the writ petitions now stand finally disposed of by us vide order of even date, the interim orders passed therein have lost their efficacy and stand merged with the final orders. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in these contempt petitions. Accordingly, the proceedings in these contempt petitions are closed.
