The petitioner has approached this Court for settlement of his pension, despite a direction was passed by the Deputy Director of Secondary Education, 5th Mandal Varanasi to District Inspector of Schools, Jaunpur to look into the matter. 2. In the aforesaid circumstances, in case, the pension is not determined within a period of four weeks and in case of any legal impediment is not informed within the said period to the petitioner, salary of all State respondents shall be stopped i.e. with effect from 1st March, 2025 as well as in case, Committee of Management will not co-operate, the concerned State respondent will be at liberty to pass order for single operation, in accordance with law. 3.
