The following prayers have been made in the present writ petition:- (a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondent Nos.6 to 11 not to take possession over plot no.911 (M) area 0.527 hect. of petitioners by making house situated in Village Karauda, Tehsil Machhali Shahar, District Jaunpur. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to Sub-Divisional Officer, Machhali Shahar, Jaunpur to take action against respondent Nos.6 to 11 in pursuance of applications of petitioners. 2. The dispute is essentially between two sets of private individuals in relation to right, title and interest in immovable property, therefore, we are not inclined to examine the same in exercise of writ jurisdiction. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail civil remedy. 4.
