(Mines)-III. This application has been preferred by the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 01.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 2726 of 2022. The operative part of the order dated 01.09.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2726 of 2022 reads as follows: 11. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as enumerated above the impugned order dated 12.07.2021 passed by the respondent No. 5 is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:JHHC:23912 ) back to the respondent No. 5 to act in terms of the observation made herein as well as the observations made in LPA No. 696 of 2018. The aforesaid exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. Supplementary show cause has been filed by the opposite party-CCL from which it appears that a reasoned order has been passed on 19.07.2025 in which the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has once again been rejected. Since a reasoned order has been passed the same indicates sufficient compliance of the order dated 01.09.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2726 of 2022 and, consequently I am not inclined to proceed further in this contempt application which accordingly stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before an appropriate forum.
