1. Heard Mr. S.K. Talukdar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P.S. Lahkar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary
Page No.# 2/2 was called for, however, in the meanwhile charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 25/2025 dated 28.02.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail, by this Court on 06.02.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. He also submits that during the currency of the present interim anticipatory bail, the petitioner did not misuse the liberty granted to him and therefore, he prays for making the interim anticipatory bail absolute.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as considering the fact that the charge sheet has been laid and there is no evidence to show that the petitioner has misused his liberty, while he was on interim bail, hence, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 06.02.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that he shall appear before the Trial Court regularly, as and when so required by the Trial Court and shall co-operate in the trial.
4. This anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
