After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner for moving the appropriate petition before the Court of Senior Deputy Collector-cum-Executive Magistrate, District- Patna for redressal of his grievance. 4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5.
