Vide order dated 16.01.2025, this Court was directed to restore MAC NO.1426/2016 subject to deposit of Rs.1,000/- before High Court Legal Aid Committee by the Applicant within a period of one week failing which the said order shall lose its efficacy. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that due to bonafide mistake, the cost of Rs.1,000/- could not be paid within a period of one week from 16.01.2025, therefore, in the instant application, she prays for extension of time to deposit the said cost. 3. In view of above, a week’s time from today is further granted to deposit the cost of Rs.1,000/- before High Court Legal Aid Committee by the Applicant.
