The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "1. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the respondent to consider the bill of entry and invoice raised vide Annexure A and A1 dated 13.09.2025 bearing no. BE no. 4483735 and 4483730 issue an order to release the cargo in accordance with law. 2. Grant such other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the matter." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 25.10.2025 signed by the counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: “The Petitioner herein have sought for a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to directing the Respondent to consider the Bill of Entry and invoice raised vide Annexure A and A1 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42210 WP No. 29278 of 2025 dated 13.09.2025 bearing no. BE NO. 4483735 and issue an order to release the cargo in accordance with law. The Petitioner respectfully submits that the cargo has since been released, thereby rendering the present writ petition infructuous. The Petitioner, therefore, humbly seeks the kind leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above writ petition. Therefore it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Petitioner herein to withdraw the present petition, in the interests of justice and equity.” 3.
