On receipt of notice, the respondent – husband filed divorce proceedings in the Court at Pune. 5. Since one proceeding is already pending in the Court at Aurangabad wherein, respondent – husband has already caused his appearance, the leanred advocate for the applicant submits that, it is in the interest of justice to allow the application. 6. Considering that, one proceeding is already pending in the Court at Aurangabad wherein, husband has appeared, this Court find it in the interest of justice to allow the application.
