Government of U.P. reported in 2014 (2) SCC 1 and colluding with Unofficial Respondents for taking away the crop worth Rs.2.00 lakhs as illegal, arbitrary and in utter violation of Article 21 and 300 (A) of the Constitution of India and contrary to law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India reported in 2014 (2) SCC (1) and consequently direct the Superintendent of Police, Kakinada, for conducting independent enquiry and investigating the complaints against R)lice officials for not taking necessary action and to pass.…” 2. Heard Ms.V.Shanthi Sree, learned counsel representing Sri P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that upon receipt of complaint from the petitioner a crime has been registered in Crime No.20 of 2020 under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 of IPC dated 08.02.2020. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
