This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "A writ order or direction in the nature of seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities specially respondent no.2 and 3 stopped the construction for make water tank by the respondent no.4 in the land of petitioner bearing Arazi Khasra no. 22 area 1.2440 hectare situated at Mauja Munir Nagar, Pargana Afjalgarh, Tehsil Dhampur,District Bijnor till the disposal of application dated 30.03.2024 under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 which is pending before respondent no.3" 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been decided on 22.07.2025. The prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
