JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner – defendant No.10 is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “i) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing or any other order or direction to the trial court for speedy disposal of “Annexure-A” by fixing the date for the disposal of the suit in O.S.NO.467/2016 before the senior civil judge and JMFC at Nelamangala matter as per the proceedings, in the interest of justice and equity. (”ANNEXURE-A”) ii) Pass any other order or direction as this Hon’ble deems fit to grant in the circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. A suit is instituted in O.S.No.467/2016 seeking partition and separate possession of certain sale transactions, which were two decades ago. The suit is pending since the year 2016. Therefore, petitioner – defendant No.10 is before this Court seeking expeditious disposal of the suit so pending since 2016. 3. In the light of the prayer being innocuous, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition, directing the concerned - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29964 WP No. 5762 of 2025 Court to dispose the suit in O.S.No467/2016 within an outer limit of 1 year from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.
