The statement of 1st respondent Gadela Simhachalamma was recorded by obtaining her thumb impression.In that statement, she stated that she hadremarried and living separately and requested to withdraw the maintenance case on the file of this Court. Similarly, the petitioner Gadela 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.2356 of 2011 Dated 28.03.2025 Srinivasa Rao also addressed a letter to the Chairman Mandal Legal Services Committee, Bobbili that the 1st respondent got remarried and he also remarried and requested to close the case as compromise. In view of the report of the learned Secretary District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, and the statements of the petitioner and the 1st respondent, the criminal revision case can be disposed of as compromised. 2. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised.There shall be no order as to costs.
