This application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 20.09.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26535 of 2025 4. It is contended that in Para-3 of the order dtd.20.09.2025 the word “MPHW(M)” has been wrongly typed in place of “MPHS (M)”. 5. Considering the grounds taken in the I.A., the prayer for modification is allowed. The word “MPHW(M)”. so reflected in Para-3 of the order dtd.20.09.2025 be corrected and read as “MPHS (M)”.
