Today when the Contempt case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied by the respondents vide proceedings in Lr.No.SPL/L13/MCOP/TSTC/ERD/25 dated 26.09.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and since the respondents have complied with the order of this Court dated 26.07.2021 though with a delay, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity for this Court to proceed with the contempt proceedings.
