SG
CRM(A) 4007 of 2025 Reject An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Paikar P.S. Case No.570 of 2025 dated 28.10.2025 under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/287/288/109(1)/351 (2)(3)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 9(B) of the Explosive Act. And
In the matter of:
Bubai Sk alias Samsuddin Mondal and others … petitioners
Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty
Mr. S.S. Saha … for the petitioners
Ms. Sujata Das
Mr. Abhishek Verma
... for the State
Heard learned counsels for the parties. Perused the case diary. The prosecution case is that on a particular day, the petitioners threatened and assaulted the victim. On the following day, when the petitioners were preparing bombs, the same exploded and the remnants were seized from the place of occurrence. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
