The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 10.06.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 3, Ghazipur in Criminal Revision No. 18 of 2025, whereby the revisional court set-aside the order dated 29.11.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate Court No. 2, Ghazipur in Complaint Case No. 371 of 2024, whereby respondent summoned under Section 354, 354-B, 379 of I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
