This petition is filed for a writ of habeas corpus but calling in question the orders under the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug- Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Slum-Grabbers Act, 1985. These impugned orders are for detention of the petitioner’s husband, Sri.Vishal Singh. The merits of the impugned orders will have to be assessed in the light of the grounds specifically urged as against such orders by the detenue, and when queried about the grounds urged, Sri. Mahantesh S. Hiremath, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the detenue himself will file a writ petition rising all grounds as could be permissible as against the impugned orders and the present petition could be disposed of reserving liberty subject to all just exceptions.

In the light of the afore, and subject to just exceptions, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the detenue to call in question the impugned orders.
