In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioners is with regard to claiming balance payment pursuant to the issuance of the final bill and 3. In this regard, the petitioners- legal representatives of the late N. Chinnappa Raju (earlier - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41096 WP No. 8736 of 2022 tenderor) have filed W.P.No.49859 of 2018 and this court vide order dated 08.07.2019 directed the respondent- University to consider the claim made by the legal representatives of the deceased- N. Chinnappa Raju. In this regard, the petitioners have issued legal notice dated 26.08.2019 (Annexure-N) and same has not been considered by the respondents. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation/ legal notice dated 26.08.2019 in accordance with law and outcome of the same be made known to the petitioners within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
