This petition has been filed against the order dated 27.05.2025 passed by Debt Recovery Tribunal rejecting the application under Section 17(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. Shri Amit Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent has raised preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing appeal before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. This fact has not been denied by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under law. 6.
