GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order: This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to declare the action of Respondents 2 to 6 in interfering with life and liberty of the petitioner and repeatedly calling the petitioner and his parents to the police station and directing the petitioner to marry 7th respondent and threatening to implicate false cases as illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and rights guaranteed under Art 21 of constitution of 2 India and consequently direct the respondents not to call the petitioner and his family members to the police station and not to harass the petitioner and his family members and pass such...” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through Video Conference and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to filing of the present Writ Petition, the Police arrested the petitioner and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate and remanded him to judicial custody. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same can be closed at the stage of admission itself, without going into merits of the case. 5.
