Case No.164 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 339, 340(2), 341(1), 342(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act. 3. The petitioner and other accused persons were arrested with mobile phones, money, documents etc. They were involved in cyber fraud. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2025. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in cyber fraud, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of regular bail.
