Also heard Mr. R. K. Dev Choudhury, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court by order dated 07.02.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer. 3. The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India has submitted that in this case the final report has been submitted in respect of the case relating to predicate offence. He, therefore, fairly submits that the PMLA case may not survive any longer. He also submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has also been recorded. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the sides, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 07.02.2025 is hereby made absolute. 5.
