Pursuant to the order dated 30.06.2025, the corpus, respondent no. 10, Himanshi is present before this Court. According to high school certificate, the date of birth of the corpus is recorded as 26.06.2004 and is accordingly, major. On the query being raised, though the corpus has admitted the alleged marriage but she has refused to go along with the petitioner, Vijay. She has even stated that she has no desire to go with the petitioner even in future. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
