Accordingly, we adjourn the proceedings for 23.01.2025. It is expected that the Appellate Authorit efforts to dispose of the appeal before the next date of hearing. As per the spirit behind the afore 23.01.2025, respondent No.2 should have finally disposed of or at least made earnest efforts to finally dispose of respondent No.6’s appeal filed by him challenging therein the order dated 24.02.2021 passed by respondent No.3 but neither has been done. In terms of the afore quoted order of this Court, Mr.Uttam Singh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Karnal has appeared in person through video conferencing and has also filed his affidavit dated 09.05.2025 to state that respondent No.6’s appeal filed by him against the order dated 24.02.2021 passed by respondent No.3 has been dismissed by him on 09.05.2025. He also apologizes for the delay in the disposal of respondent No.6’s appeal and assures this Court that in future the direction by this Court shall be complied with in letter and spirit. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the final disposal of respondent No.6’s appeal by the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal on 09.05.2025, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 4.
