Case No. 03 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 341, 376, 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Archana Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lohardaga. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that after this case was instituted, the petitioner has married the victim. 5. Mr. Vishwanath Roy, learned Special P.P. has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute as it appears from the impugned order. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Archana Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lohardaga in connection with Kisko P.S.
