Respondent No.2-the complainant at whose instance, FIR came to be registered and culminated in the impugned charge-sheet against the petitioners has stated that she has resolved all the disputes and issues with the petitioners. Her marriage with petitioner No.1 stands dissolved. She has no grievance against the petitioners now and has no objection to the quashment of FIR. Parties have been identified by their respective counsels. 03. In view of the above, present petition is allowed. As a result, impugned charge-sheet No.04/2018 pending on the files of learned Electricity Magistrate, Jammu is quashed. 04. Disposed of along with connected application(s). 05.
