Issue a writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to ensure that no hindrance be caused in the smooth running of petitioner's living and practicing his profession as doctor and in running his clinic by respondent no. 4 or any other person on her behalf on the pretext of "Tajiyadari" i.e. keeping the Tajiya in front of the petitioner's clinic in any manner what so ever." 2. Learned standing counsel has placed on record the written instructions dated 29.06.2025 received from Station House Officer, Police Station Naini, Commissionerate Prayagraj. According to it, respondent No. 4 and others have entered into a settlement with the petitioner on 26.06.2025 with the intervention of the local police, wherein, she agreed that she would not place Tazia in front of the house and clinic of the petitioner but at some other place. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the said settlement, he is not pressing the writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not pressed.
