The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Sec- tion 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in case FIR No.21 dated 05.05.2025 under Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station GRP Kurukshetra, District GRPAmbala Cantt. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 11.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the State has filed reply along with translated suicide note in the Court and the same are taken on record and on instructions from Inspector-Harish, he submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel and a perusal of the translated suicide note does not indicate the immediate reason that the petitioner abetted the deceased for committing suicide, the petition is allowed and the interim order dated 11.06.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. 5.
