(Oral) This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the official respondent(s) to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondent Nos.5 to 7 (arrayed in the petition) and to take action on her representation dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P4). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P4) before respondent No.3 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.3, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and to take necessary action thereupon. 3. Needless to say, if any threat perception is found to the petitioner, the official respondents would provide her adequate security in order to protect her life and liberty.
