This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. As a last chance, four weeks’ further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 05.04.2025 passed in ABLAPL No.5918 of 2024, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) in the Advocates’ Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 4. It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically. Page 2 of 2. 5. No further extension shall be granted if the Petitioner fails to appear pursuant to today’s extension. 6. Further, it is directed that in the event any co-accused has been released on bail, the learned trial court shall do well to apply the principles of parity, while considering the bail application of the Petitioner. 7.
