Though the writ petition has been filed for a direction on the respondent no.2 to disburse the arrear pension amount since February 2024 to March 2025, since the learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that the entire dues have already been released in favour of the petitioner, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending. 3.
