The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to consider her representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A). 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite of repeated approaches to the respondent-authorities - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49194 WP No. 7165 of 2025 requesting actual compensation for the land utilized for road widening, her representation is yet not been considered till date. 4. Learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A) will be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 5.
