This is an application filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed in CRLMC No.304 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 04.02.2025, this Court quashed the NBW order and directed the petitioner to appear/surrender before the Court below on or before 28.02.2025 and seek remedy available to him under law. However, in the cause title of the impugned order dated 29.04.2024 passed by the learned Court below, inadvertently the village name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as “Village-Solapur, P.S.- Gop” instead of “Village- Toriabandha, P.S.- Balanga” and the same has also occurred in the cause title of CRLMC No.304 of 2025 and the order dated 04.02.2025. He also submits that he has already moved application before the Court below for getting correction of the same. Therefore, the present application has been moved for correction of the cause title. 3. Accordingly, the prayer for modification is allowed. The village name of the petitioner in the cause title of CRLMC No.304 of 2025 be corrected and read as “Village- Toriabandha, P.S.- Balanga” instead of “Village-Solapur, P.S.-Gop”. The petitioner is directed to appear/surrender before the Court below on or before 20.04.2025 and seek remedy available to him under law. 4.
