This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking extension of time to move an application before the trial court vide order dated 25.08.2025 passed in the aforesaid CRLMC application. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, the time to move an application before the trial court by the Petitioner is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a Page 2 of 2. sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund managed by the Member Secretary, Odisha State Legal Services Authority within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof as proof of deposit. 5. It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner to move an application before the trial court shall stand revoked automatically. 6.
