After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we could not find any error apparent on the face of the record which would warrant review of the judgment dated 20.03.2025 passed by this Court in LPA No. 119/2024. As a matter of fact this Court, after setting aside the judgment of the writ court as well as the award of the Labour Court, showed indulgence for re-engagement of the petitioners on compassionate ground and called upon the Indian Army to re-engage the petitioner as their service were required as Porters. This indulgence was purely on humanitarian basis without conferring any right on the petitioner. The petitioner has, P a g e | 2 RP No. 32/2025 In LPA No. 120/2024 perhaps, misconstrued our indulgence and is asking for payment of wages even for the period they have not rendered any service. 2. In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any merit in the review petition, the same is accordingly dismissed. We however clarify that in case the petitioner accept the re-engagement, the amount deposited in this Court by the respondents herein shall be released in their favour.
