Since, it is claimed that during the pendency of the complaint, disposal of which, has been directed by virtue of Court’s order in W.P.(C) No.843 of 2025 dated 17th January, 2025, work order has been issued by opposite party No.3, which is also ordered to be kept in abeyance until such disposal of such complaint, list on 3rd April, 2025 for final hearing and orders. It is further directed that till the date fixed, if any work order has been issued, in the meantime as claimed, the same shall not be executed unless the Court’s order dated 17th January, 2025 has been complied with.
