By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Dilip Biswas, son of Anil Biswas, resident of No. 2 Tilosan, P.O.- Samaria, Police Station-Boko, District-Kamrup, Assam, Pin No. 781136 is seeking bail in Fatasil Ambari P.S. Case No. 326/2024 corresponding to G.R. No.3223/2024 registered under Sections 65(1)/77/79/351(2) of the BNS, 2023, read with Sections 4/12 of the POCSO Act, 2012, read with Section 67 B of the I.T. Act, wherein, he was arrested on 08.12.2024 and in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Fatasil Ambari P.S. Case No. 326/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 245/2024 dated 30.12.2024. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Fatasil Ambari P.S. Case No. 326/2024 corresponding to G.R. No.3223/2024. 5.
