This is the second bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. filed by the applicant Mohit Vishwakarma, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 55 of 2019, under Sections 376, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, registered at P.S. Baburi, District Chandauli. 4. The first bail application of the applicant being Criminal Misc.Bail Application No. 27250 of 2019 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.2.2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail applicant has rendered infructuous since the proceedings of the present case have been quashed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.07.2025 passed in Application U/S 482 No. 6462 of 2024 (Ashok and another vs. State of U.P. and 2 others), copy of the said order has been produced before the Court which is taken on the record. 6.
