Munilakshmamma w/o B. Muniswamy Alias Anayappa forthwith. c. Issue a writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.. 2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that a complaint which had been lodged/submitted by the Petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52134 WP No. 36740 of 2025 on 07.11.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondents and an FIR has not been registered. 3. A perusal of the acknowledgement issued by the Respondents would indicate that, even according to the Petitioner, there is a suit in O.S.No.206/2023 pending between the Petitioner and the persons against whom the complaint has been filed. The Respondents have only indicated that only if an order is passed by the said Court, action would be taken. 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is an order of injunction which has already been granted in favour of the Petitioner in O.S.No.206/2023. 5.
