This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2024 passed in MCRC No.4540 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Prakash Patel had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.01.31 16:32:36 +0530 2 with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 22.01.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 05 witnesses have already been recorded and statement of 14 witnesses are yet to be recorded. Hence, the conclusion of trial is likely to take some time. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
