An order was passed on 15.09.2025 which reads thus as follow: “A memo of retirement is filed, just by filing the notice that is sent, no acknowledgment is filed and there is no representation before this Court. By filing the memo of retirement, without the Court's permission the advocate cannot presume that he retired from the case. List this matter under the same caption on 18.09.2025. On that day, if the counsels fails to appear before the Court, cost of Rs.10,000/- shall be paid to the Advocates’ Association”. Inspite of the same, the learned counsel is not present before the court. This shows the conduct of the counsel and he has no respect to the orders of the Court.
