ORAL ORDER
1. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following prayers: a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 31.10.2019 as per Annexure-F5 for refixing the basic pay of Rs.1760/- instead of Rs.1640/- w.e.f. 01.07.1993 as per Rule 4.4. of KCS Rules, 1994. b) Pass such other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit on the fact and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. - 3 -

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Second Division Clerk in respondent-Corporation on 14.11.1983 and subsequently, he was promoted as First Division Clerk on
29.09.1984. Thereafter, he was promoted as Account Assistant on 14.02.1995. He attained the age of superannuation on 31.12.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that after retirement, there was an error in pay fixation and revised pay fixation. Therefore, he submitted representations to the respondent vide Annexure-F series. Since the respondent has not taken any action on the said representations, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Corporation submits that if this Court grants some reasonable time, the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit an additional

representation along with all the necessary and relevant documents to the respondent, within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. The respondent-Corporation is directed to consider the additional representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, within two months from the date of submission of the additional representation by the petitioner.
