Case No. 52 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66 (C), 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II- cum-Special Judge (Cyber Act), Dhanbad. 3. The informant by mistake recharged the mobile phone of this petitioner. The recharge amount was rupees four thousand. 4. It was submitted that when the informant asked the petitioner to return the said amount, the petitioner, expressed his inability to return the same being a student. It was also submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Act), Dhanbad, in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S.
