Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Ningtamba, learned counsel appearing for the applicants; Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned senior panel counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3, 4 & 5; Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appearing for the State respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. Khalter Khampa, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 6, 7 & 8.
[2] The present application has been filed by the applicants viz. (i) Smt. Hringtha Anal (ii) Kothaling Kanthum Anal (iii) K.T. Tono and (iv) Smt. Jessie Konthuwn for impleading themselves as LRs of the deceased petitioner Nos. 4, 6, 12 and 24 in the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 322 of 2019. 24 had expired and as such the application has been filed for bringing on record the names of the four applicants as the LRs in the connected writ petition. [4] Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA ; Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned senior panel counsel and Mr. Khalter Khampa, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application. [5] In view of the submission made above and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that there is sufficient ground for allowing the present application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to incorporate the names of the above four applicants as LRs of the deceased petitioner Nos. 4, 6, 12 and 24 in the cause title of the connected WP(C) No. 322 of 2019. [6] With the aforesaid directions, the present application stands disposed of.
